Indoor Swimming pool and spa with sauna
Too much chlorine in spa
Fast check in and friendly counter person.
Bathroom door opened by its self if not latched and blocked the entry door.
It's clean, looks new and has an indoor pool, free internet and free breakfast.
The beds were not what we are use to when we stay at a Hampton.
They were very accommodating for our large group.
The room smelled very musty/moldy so I looked around and found that the AC unit in the room was molded badly on the grill , I called the front desk and explained to them how I couldn't stay in that condition but they he'd no other rooms so I left
Other than the mold the hotel was nice and staff friendly .
Water was out for about 8-10 hours while they upgraded their sewage system. We weren't informed of this until we got to our room. Front desk staff didn't mention it to us at all. Other than that it was a nice stay.
The hot tub was a good hot temp and very clean. The pool was very nice as well.
I was given a smoking room and immediately requested a different room upon entering it. The smell was overwhelming and disgusting. We are a non smoking family and it upset me that my kids had to be subjected to that filth. They would not change our room!
I believe that my stay at the Hampton Inn was the most pleasant I have had at any hotel I have stayed at on my trips! The staff were pleasant--said ''good morning'' and offered to assist me when I would see them and the breakfast included a variety of choices. They offered a ''to go'' bag including fruit, water, granola bar, etc.. as you left. The room was clean and neat and all supplies were readily available. I was very pleased with the excellent service and should I stay in Muskogee again, this will be my choice!
