Friendly staff, clean rooms, and when we had a minor issue the maintenance staff was right there.
Needs a few cosmetic updating
They served some awesome milk and cookies at 8pm that my child was so excited for!
Attentive staff, lots of amenities, comfortable room, convenient location
Coffee maker in room was dirty
Happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival, warm cookies later that evening, friendly staff, a comfortable bed & room, and a great breakfast - what's not to love?
Location and breakfast
My key card did not work .. Had to go to the front desk to have them fix it .
Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.
Nothing about my stay was negative.
The location of the hotel in proximity to Stephen F Austin State University made my business they're very convenient.
My only concern was the parking did not seem to be adequate for the size of the hotel; therefore, when I arrived very late I ended up parking on the side of the building that was very secluded. This made me feel somewhat uncomfortable.
The bed was perfect, I slept like a baby. There was little to no noise coming from other rooms or the hallway. The a/c wasn't obnoxious. The shower was heavenly.
I wished breakfast could've lasted a little longer. I slept so good I didn't wake up in time to partake on the first day.
Bed was very comfortable!
I wish I could have gotten a better rate. And the room I stayed in toilet over flowed. But maintenance was at my room within 3 minutes of me calling the front desk.
The bed was very comfortable room was very quiet ,clean ,cozy
The staff was very helpful. I had a problem when I arrived with the room priceline held for us and they were booked solid. They were able to speak w/another guest and we switched rooms.
The hotel needs to be updated. The bathroom had missing tiles and the floor looked dingy. The bathroom door didn't want to close because it was scrapping the floor.
I stayed at hotel during the SFA freshman orientation June 28 - June 29 2012. We had a good time, no complaints. The cookies & milk served in the evening were delicious! The staff was very nice and helpful with directions. I am dissapointed I waited too late to book for Parent's Day on September 29, 2012. They are already booked. We will be back often since our daugher will be here the next 4 yrs.
