VERY nice and helpful staff at the front desk! Everything was very clean, new, and nice Pools were nice - I liked having the option of the adults only. Waterslide was fun! Loved the option of the golf cart ride down to beach. Wasn't a bad walk (.6 mile) but a ride was nice as well. Overall one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at - can't wait to go back someday
Nothing! Didn't like that we had to leave
Friendly staff. Close to beach. Clean rooms.Close to great places.
Not knowing we had to pay to park. Having to pay to park. Not knowing what our use fees were paying for. Having to pay for shade on the beach.
Although this was our first time here, and we were only there for one night, we were greatly impressed! The staff was great from start to finish. The room was beautiful and we were only a quick ride to the beach. The beach staff were great as well. Bradley was very helpful and friendly.
I couldn't think of anything not to like!
The hotel room & pool was great.
The long wait for the tram & you had to pay to park @ the hotel.
Reminds me of a clean up to date Vegas hotel. The pool and common areas are beautiful. The walk to the beach area was peaceful- I suggest that vs the golf tram.
For $600 for 1 night we didn't get a chance to enjoy any of the amenities. Would have liked something like breakfast or parking included for that rate.
The beach was very nice, had to take a tram to go to it or walk thru Mangrove swamp. The pool was very nice except for very cold water on certain days.Staff was very helpful and asked about any concerns while we were there and attended to any issues quickly.
We realized this was a resort but an umbrella for the beach cost $20.00. Food prices were very high compared to off premises restaurants. We were never informed that the hotel was being remodeled and areas were roped off and hotel rooms which had already been upgraded would have cost and additional $25.00 per day. The adult pool was closed and only the family area was available.
Very friendly staff. Access to the beach is just amazing. Renovated rooms, big plus!!
