My room was clean. The view in the dinner and bar area is a beautiful view of the harbor.
The reservationist was not helpful and was not very pleasant at all.
comfortable bed.Cleanliness. Friendliness of staff.
The staff was SO friendly. The bartender from Thailand was amazing. The day time door man was incredibly nice as well.
The hallways were pretty dirty. We walked past room service place covered in food in the same place for over 20 hours. There were a lot of stains on the carpets as well.
Yes; room had workout equipment e.g. Exercise bike, aerobics ball vs sitting furniture. Very disappointed.
great hotel, perfect location
Location, cleanliness and decor.
I like the National Harbor area. It has many restaurants and other attractions that make for a nice, short getaway.
proximity and value while attending a conference at Gaylord National next door
spouse apparently added to room at registration so a little kerfluffle when her room key got misplaced
location and view from our room
no refrigerator or microwaves standard
Paying for wifi in the room
Smelled like urine in the halls. rooms were really small for price
The location was great because it was central.
The room just didn't smell good. I like the Westin brand but just don't think this one met the usual standards.
Dirty filthy dishes in hallway for over 24hours. Phone in room did not work. Allergic to feather pillows. Had to walk down to desk to get new pillows. Took over an hour to get them
Best hotel bed of our trip!!! Upgraded toiletries
Vehicle access to hotel! No covered entry, very few unloading spaces, very inconvenient to self park.
The hotel was beautiful, and the views were great. Beds were comfortable, and I like the added touch of having a robe to use.
The counter in the bathroom was cracked, the sun shade was inoperable, so it meant, if I wanted to shield the sun, I had to close the curtains completely. The dresser was chipped and splintered, and the refridgerator was inadequate.
The person who checked me in was very helpful and very nice!
There was construction occurring some where close to the hotel, and we were not advised. At about 8:21 am, we heard banging, and were awakened. The banging turned into drilling and we could not even talk to one another. It was not a good experience.
Noise levels made it impossible to rest.Hotel front desk staff did not provide pre-arranged Wake-up Call.Manager stated he could not adjust rate or provide any partial refund despite negative overall experience, and only offered a free breakfast.
The room are spacious and the views above the 2nd floor are nice
The staff was unconcerned about giving service of any kind. When I walked into the lobby the staff just looked at me with greeting me, first. While I was checking in the staff member had about 3 conversations going at once. Hotel is nice staff is not
The quality of the food was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. Like the fact that they offer work out rental clothes to pack lighter. I did not know this ahead of time.
I had trouble, 3 days in a row, of getting my breakfasts without cheese. I got in late at night after the restaurant closed and the night time room service was too limited and not good for dairy free or non processed food. Had to go get a salad elsewhere
The location in National Harbor, right off the water, was great. The staff was wonderful and very helpful.
When we checked in there was hair in our bed. We were told that the hotel was full and there wasn't another room available, but they did come and change our linens. The shower has a design that looks nice but leads to the bathroom flooding with each use
Bed and heat unit comfortable
Charges charges everywhere. $30 per day to valet or $13 to park yourself 3 blocks away. Hotel hard to find. Ate at sauciety for breakfast and it was more than our dinner at red whatever.
View, lobby, amenities
Small room, resort fee, overpriced, bruises from bed footboard that juts out
Location to Gaylord
$9.95 per day per device for Internet service
I like the location
The service and staff's additudes. Horrible customer service.
Great location on waterfront.
Not well maintained. Dirty marks, smudges, dust, and broken items in room and hallway. My room had a broken table and cracked picture glass. The granite bathroom sink was cracked & epoxied together. They are skimping on the housekeeping and maintenance.
the location was great for me for the job I was doing while I was in town....also like being able to step out and go get dinner I walk around and that just be in a hotel room
there are several things that went wrong while I was there I didn't have wash clothes in the room I didn't get my coffee and then I ask for cream and didn't get that there by room service the food was terrible
There was absolutely no problem with having a pet.
We arrived at 11:30 p.m. after driving for 12 hours.
It really is a nice property, conveniently located to anything you could want to do in the National Harbor. (Which is a pretty small neighborhood, to begin with.)
I continue to be disappointed at how cheap and chintzy the Westin can be with the fees and up-charges. Why are they still insisting on charging for Wi-Fi? Why do they charge $25 to give you a room on the Harbor-view side, if they have one available?
The location, there was plenty of activities to do in area
Staff wasn't very pleasant. Food was breakfast was just ok; was expecting more after breakfast for 2 came $50 for a smoothie & eggs Benedict
Not a 4 star hotel. Staff refused to bring a simple toothpaste to our room. There was also coffee but no coffee cup in the room.
Rooms were not clean....human hair all over the place...
The location, and free wifi.
Hotel built in last five years has no outlets for personal devices in rooms.
