Cons:They overbooked, so my reservation was cancelled. They did not inform priceline, so I was not contacted before arriving there at about 11PM (I had to leave and find another hotel). The staff was overworked and undertrained, so it took at least 15 minutes before anybody even talked to me. I never saw a room, but the lobby was smelly and dirty, and while I was waiting to be attended to, a pair of guests came to complain about the disgusting, smelly condition of their room.

Pros:Quick access to major highway
Cons:No room darkening shades, only sheers. Had bright fluorescent lights shining in all night. Non smoking room, but bedding smelled smokey. A portable dehumidifier was running when I came into the room with a hose draining into the toilet. Not sure why I was given a room that has/had a moisture problem. Sketchy neighborhood, felt unsafe in parking lot.

Cons:- People banging on my door and trying to get in, multiple times. - TV blaring next door until 4am. Paper-thin walls - No hot water. Seriously. - Little bits of broken glass on the floor - Unable to get a hold of manager for a refund (staff insisted that I couldn't get one because I booked online) I slept a total of maybe 2 hours, and it would have been cleaner, safer, and more comfortable for me to sleep on my friend's floor.

Pros:The beds were comfortable.
Cons:Our bathroom was being leaked in to from the room above us and the manager on duty did nothing about it. He said he looked at it and didn't see the leak. The leak was so bad I was woken from my sleep from the sounds of the water dripping into my tub. It has been pooling in the drop dropped ceiling and there was clear and obvious water damage. How he missed this is beyond me. It's clear he didn't even look. Additionally, there was no high chair in the breakfast room. My wife asked for the high chair and they said sorry, we have it to the other group but they can't seem to find it. This was a 20 second exchange. Basically the hotel worker wanted us to go to the other party it look for the chair ourselves. The price was nice... But you get what you pay for. In this case it meant leaky bathrooms and poor service.

Pros:Staff was nice. Bathrooms we're semi-updated. Not terrible for under $100 a night, but not great either.
Cons:Dated. Not a lot in the area. Room smelled like it had been smoked in in the past. Nothing stood out, but overall it didn't feel very clean.

Cons:The hotel had gone through a renovation, but not a complete one. It was a mix of more modern decor and furniture and some creepier elements of the 70's. It was also a smoking hotel at some point in its life, and the faint but distinct smell of cigarette smoke was ever-present in the room. Also, the address that was in Kayak is wrong. Columbus vs. Columbia, at 9 o'clock at night we were meandering through New Britain's back streets attempting to find it.
