location/ nice rooms with robes, slippers and complimentary water. Also breakfast included although basic and free wine early evening.
Staff is great !! Very welcoming and very eager to serve the client at best
The room was very nice but a little bit more space would not have hurt ... now remember this is NY, so not really a complaint. Also, noise isolation could be enhanced (we were at the 12th floor but still heard a bit too much what was happening in the street)
liked Everything. Excellent hotel
Friendly, great amenities!
We stayed in the "Money" room- the books were all 10years plus old- this was disappointing!
Location was excelllent. The reception staff were extremely helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them. Fantastic facilities. very comfortable hotel.
