Loved the room! Loved the warm colors, the bed was soft, the room was clean. Plenty of space in the room. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed ourselves. Room service was great!
The staff at the front desk wasn't very friendly or welcoming. There was a tall blonde man who was a bit odd. Wasn't rude but wasn't friendly or kind either. Hard to explain, just seemed like he was having a bad day and was forcing a smile. The only other complaint I had was the bathtub. Seemed a little old, and had a couple stains. Everything else was great!
The hotel was very nice, bed was comfortable, room was clean, check in was easy.
The fan on the heater in the room sounded like a vacuum cleaner. It is probably a minor fix.
Friendly staff and they were able to accommodate my early (8:30 am) check-in request.
Breakfast wasn't open until 7:00 am. Pretty late opening for those who want to get breakfast and head out for an early morning meeting or appointment.

The staff member who first checked us in tried to tell us that all King rooms were taken even though my reservation was for a King Deluxe room. He shrugged and said that wasn't his problem what a third party promised. We could have a standard Queen. I spent thirty minutes on hold with hotels.com with no resolution and then checked back when another front desk person arrived. He got us into a King room though not King deluxe. He gave us a drink coupon as well. While the second front desk person was great, the attitude of the first was so bad that it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I'm not sure I'll ever order a hotel through Kayak or it's unknowable network of third parties and fine print that the advertised room is not guaranteed.
