The room size and bed was comfortable
All of my channels didn't work
Very nice would have liked to stay longer!!
Good hotel in a nice location. If you know the area it's great to stay at this location. Nice summer time get away.
Not much except I thought the breakfast buffet should have been complimentary
The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful.
Very Quiet, even with weddings going on! Felt at home in the room. Great view of the golf course. Bed very comfortable.
Food at the restaurant. Classic bad hotel cooking.
- Best pool of any place we stay, 20 yard lap lanes set apart- Best pool locker room (well only pool locker rooms)- Great restaurant- TV available for hookup of our own devices- Really caring staff- Room is perfect
Can't name a thing. I'm concerned that if you read this review that the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort will become more popular and therefore more spendy.
Nice view. Very clean. Also, the K cup machine
Room service plates left in hallway for a whole day
Late night room service
Cable kept buffering
next time I'm bringing my golf clubs, bar hostess helped me with my bag as I went down to the lower bar. Staff was tested because the ac was out via a powerful storm, they kept their heads on straight despite some angry guests.
The bartender who served me and my friend¿s drinks on Friday night before we left to visit the Magnificent Mile was great, but other than that I don¿t think anyone in the hotel even spoke to us with a smile or asked if everything was ok with our stay.
The customer service was terrible. We had a few questions so we asked the front desk our 1st question and was hit with a rude No and before we could ask the 2nd question the gentleman went back to working as if we weren¿t still standing there.
The front desk person was so terrible I told him if he can change or update my room he said this is all we have
The dark picture setting of tv the hotel has built in all televisions. No free breakfast. Staff didnt bring the breakfast you pay for by tag on door overnight. Hilton name...motel 6 amenities.
we had an issue with our room, and not until Sunday morning did we find a staff member who cared..ended up getting a complimentary breakfast
sink was clogged from the moment we checked in..at the nice breakfast buffet other guests were using their hands to pick up bacon, sausage and other items on menu....come on people!!
I have stayed at the hotel when it was a Marriott. I thought it would be nicer as a Hilton. The only thing that was great was the location.
called to get the heat fixed. Engineer (who smelled) pumped it up to 89 degrees. An hour later, is was blowing cold. All night I had to get up and keep pumping it up; then it would blow cold again. The wallpaper was peeling; stains on the chair. And more.
Tv goes so dark you almost cant see the picture. Something the hotel put in the tv to conserve the life or energy but it sucks. Stayed here twice i never want to return. Also the channels are basic cable. I would expect more from a hilton.
It was cold noise all night no towels or blanket I want my money back
Everything they had listed on description or i asked on phone was not true, bad and rude service.
Very friendly, honest staff that was very fast in responding to problems. The daily maid was excellent. Easy parking.
First room had a cockroach and a toilet that was running every minute (605). The food was ok ( compared to the great food when it was a Marriott). The carpet in the room was very old and needed to be replaced. Minor mold on bathroom ceiling of 635.
Location and staff friendliness. Common areas of business center, lobby, and Lobby bar.
Fitness center is outdated and under-equipped. Need new Elliptical equipment.
Hotel was very noisy. Staff did respond to noise complaints very quickly and resolved the issue.
The grounds were beautiful and the inside décor was nice. The concierge and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful.
For such an expensive room (upgraded room too), we had NO FRIDGE, a tiny bathroom and very few amenities that you'd expect from a much cheaper hotel. No free breakfast (count on $16-24) and the waiters treated us poorly.
$4 for a room service Diet Coke. Have a vending machine or be a little reasonable.
