Hotel is about what I expected at the low price point
Hotel was adequate but Priceline let me down in that I booked a Handicapped room which would have ease of access for my infirmities. When I arrived I found they had their handicapped rooms on the 1st floor being remodeled and had moved me to the 2nd floorto a Standard King Room. I had to seek assistance in getting my bags loaded to the elevator and the room was not comfortable for me. I would have appreciated a phone call ahead of time so I could have re-booked elsewhere.
Good location for our needs, nice staff.
It was not well maintained and the rooms were dirty. They were renovating, but that is no excuse for poor maintenance.
the room, the pool, the jacuzzi, the breakfast, very nice hotel for this price, love it!!!
no!clean and ready for guest !!! price are fine, but very nice pool and good time for family ...
Great location! Wonderful staff!Would recommend this hotel for your stay in the area or on way to the park.
Staff friendly, room a good size, indoor pool, breakfast provided, clean and timely. Easy check-in and check-out
Beds a little hard, but not too bad.For a three star it lived up to my expectations. Room service was discreet, but helpful. Breakfast was in a clean and spacious environment and adequate but not outstanding. Waffles were good, would have liked more fresh fruit options. Overall, very satisfied and would return.
Location was good.
Dirty and poor quality breakfast. Would never stay there again.
The hotel had nice facilities and a comfortable bed
The front desk told us that Priceline required us to stay in a King handicapped room. The property was empty when we arrived, but the front desk said the only way to move to two double beds was to pay extra for an upgrade.I understand that the type of room is at the hotel's discretion. However, the front desk told us on arrival that priceline required them to give us a handicapped king room unless we paid 30% more for an upgrade. The clerk assumed that our entire family was there so she thought we'd have to pay extra for the upgrade to two double beds. However, we were quite comfortable on the king. The place was empty so I'm pretty sure she could have moved us without displacing anyone. I'm just really glad that nobody showed up that NEEDED the handicap room.
Good clean hotel
Saw we were three, insisted that Priceline did not indicate this, said they had a room with a King bed, that they could place us in a 2 bed room for an additional $20 despite the fact that there were only a few people in the hotel. This left a bad taste.Goog hotel, decent breakfast, cheap attitude.
