They double booked my room and had to cancel my stay ON THE NIGHT OF MY WEDDING
I had some special requests that they were more than happy to help with.
Hot tub and pool, convenient location, friendly staff
Breakfast was mediocre
it was relaxing.
Located among one of the largest town close to Yosemite
a little bit expensive for a Best Western
The rooms have been newly renovated and are lovely. They are still working on the hallways.
It was OK, staff was pleasant, breakfast was good (bacon!!)nothing special but on the way to Yosemite (still over an hour and 1/2 away) so it was a good stop. From here closer, we would have spent alot more money for a lesser hotel.
They are doing 'construction' so some of the hallways were scraped and primed, and smelled odd. We had our son with us and would've preferred a 2-doubles(queen) room but were told it was not available.
It would be hard to say just one thing we liked best. Everything from the decor to the breakfast and pool was wonderful The beds were comfy and I didn't get cold under the blankets.
beautiful indoor heated pool and hot tub. close proximity to restaurants and stores. good stop over from san fransisco to yosemite
I liked the customer service everyone who assisted us went the distance to accommodate our needs. The free breakfast was a super plus and the man in charge was excellent
The room was clean, met my expectation but the hall way's carpet even though it was in a dark palette it was not very clean a bit smelly and it give the impression that the rooms will be dirty as well other than that it was good.
Clean, quiet, central location
Two reasons I booked this property: 1) hot tub...2) gym. Hot tub was closed for renovations, and the gym did not look anything like the on-line photos.
Outside looked old and run down but size of room made up for it. Liked rooms not the overall hotel much
Outside worn down.
The room was very clean and remodeled
The hotel had thin walls and elevator and hallways were old & dingy
Hotel rooms and grounds beautiful
even the nonrenovated rooms were clean. the receptionist told us 75% of the rooms were renovated, and we were probably stuck with one of the 25% 'older' rooms because we paid a cheaper price. be sure to call a few days ahead and request a newer room.
The room was redone
It was under construction. There was dust and paper everywhere, open electrical boxes for lights (unsafe with a 2 year old!) and the areas that weren't remodeled were like a horror movie.
The noise from the ice & soda machines kept me up all night. They are located at the end of the hall out in the open instead of tucked away in an alcove. And, they are terribly noisy.
