The staff are the highlight of the stay. The warmest friendliest staff we have ever come across when staying at an Onsen. They couldn’t do enough for you.

Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very friendly, attentive and proactive towards our needs, especially the lady boss who was very friendly. They have many staff who spoke English.
