When we arrived our reservation was cancelled so Ace never sent the shuttle to the airport. We waited in the rain for 90 minutes. When we got there, we were told they had no cars left. Not even in a different size. They told us they would bring us to Thrifty, who would match the price. Get to Thrifty and they want to give us a smaller car for $20 more (I'm a big guy, and can't fit into those little lunchboxes they call cars). They refused to come down to the promised price, and then told us it would be an $800 security deposit for damages. They wanted to charge my card $1000. Someone else was having the same problem and they couldn't get a car because they didn't have enough credit available for that. They also only take Visa or Mastercard, no AMEX. Went to look at the car and it was small and old, so we ended up never getting a car. Would NEVER try to rent a car at Dollar or Thrifty again.2.0 Poor
