The overall experience was excellent. But during checkout on a Spring Break Sunday, tthey were overwhelmed. They still did everything quick but the parking was so packed that it was even hard to get to them. It's more of an airport organization problem. The staff was great!

Service was excellent, no complaints here. The issue was the address you have in your records is incorrect, does not even exist anymore. You still have it listed on the website. That said, the woman at the counter, did not get her name, was excellent. Helped me out even with the address problem. Needed to return the car as the driver side front tire had cracks in it, really???? Again, the same woman was able to help me out with a new vehicle, she is to be commended for her work ethics.

Our rental experience seemed fairly good, when we picked up the car there was a bit of damage on the vehicle. I made sure I took a full walk around video to make sure we weren’t gonna have any trouble on dropping off. It wasn’t a problem after all. Vehicle seem to work fine fairly easy staff to deal with.

The car was the worst car I’ve ever driven driven. It had more dings and damage to it. There was lots of noises coming from the engine. It was all scratched. We called to say there was a noise coming from the engine. The lady said she would come and pick it up. We almost lost our reservation at a restaurant. She never showed up or got a phone call. Customer service was terrible. I won’t be going through dollar again not in Aruba.

When we got to dollar rental in Aruba, they informed me that they didn’t have any SUVs available (which is what I reserved) and offered a minivan which I don’t feel comfortable driving. When I asked for a regular sedan instead they told me they don’t have anything available. It was either the minivan or go with a local rental place they work with. We went with the local rental Place they recommended and received the worst beat up tiny SUV. I will never book with dollar again.
