I liked the location, nice property and pool . Comfy beds.
I didn't like the timeshare representatives, I told them when I arrived I wasn't interested. Then the next morning my phone is ringing at 8:30 a.m. asking me when I would want to do lunch or breakfast!? Wtf? what ignorant a**holes! I did visit them in person and made my self clear. Other than that, no coffee in the room, and the maid only came to clean once of my 3 nights.
I loved our room. It made me feel like I was at my own house. Nice resort and things to do. Loved it!!! I loved the view of the water and attractions from my room on the 11th floor.
In the second room, I'd suggest another size bed than the twin beds. Maybe a full or queen size if you can't do a king in there too.
EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY WAS PRFECT! I LOVED IT!!
I LIKE THE SETTING IN THE ROOMS, IT WAS NICE TO HAVE THE SECOND BATHROOM FOR THE FAMILY.
Was not impressed that we had to listen to timeshare options...also felt cheated that they couldnt offer us the 100 dollars off our park tickets as we residents of the hotel,
With free parking and scheduled theme park transfers I didn't have to worry about the car. Also in walking distance to many eating choices on international drive.
Late check in 16:00 and early check-out 10:00 feel like only have room for a short time.
It's close to everything - i-drive stops, 15 min walk to Universal and has free shuttle to Disney. The rooms are perfect for a family with a tv in each bedroom and the living area.
The staff are completely unhelpful and will not give you any information unless it involves you buying something from them like timeshares or park tickets. For example on my first day I asked about the shuttle to Epcot, I was told I had missed it and that was it. I asked for a schedule and found out there was another bus an hour later.
The hotel was in an excellent location!!
Good staff, very helpfull. The suite is extremely comfortable
Good for people with car, otherwise you need taxi to go everywhere as it seems to be kind of far away from many attractions (Hollywood Universal Studios, and Disney. If you need a cab, you should call the front desk 30 minutes in advance because it take them forever to do so. I used to wait 45 minutes every time to get a cab!!! The wireless was not that fast though I paid $50 for my whole stay (1 week).
