Recently renovated. Fresh clean. Friendly and helpful staff
Bed was good. And liked the pillows, too.
No decaf coffee and the batter for the waffles was so thin when the waffles were done, they were hollow. Didn't like the microwave eggs -- breakfast was overall disappointing. No night light. Terrible toilet paper!!!
leaving in the morning
The shoeless drunk urinating by the back door, and then roaming the halls, I had to throw him out myself

room was dirty. Ask for a room on first level. Said they couldn't give me any room on first level because i booked on line. Could only have room on upper floors. Is that true?
Cleanliness was to be desired, small maintenance jobs were left undone, plaster, piece of wood nailed to wall, caulking around fixtures, etc.
Close to the Highway, easy access
the shower was filthy, the curtain was gross
The bed was comfortable.
The room was unfinished after remodeling. The continental breakfast was frozen doughnuts and warm milk. Plaster was broken off the walls, the door did not shut completely. We had to sign out to get to get an extra pillow.
The staff at the front desk were friendly, courteous, and efficient. The room was clean and had plenty of towels.
wish there I'd been an on-site pool and or hot tub.
Close to the interstate.
Many items were in poor repair. The first room I got had no light in the bathroom. The desk refused to give me a light bulb, and changed my room instead. In the second room, the desk chair was falling apart, and the shower curtain rod was falling down.
internet was fast and tv was nice.
door was off a hinge. dirty floor. nasty bathroom
Dirty, old hole next to air conditioner
Where to start? Check in was fine. Felt welcomed. Room was pet friendly. Hair (dog?) matted in blankets. Many spider webs located in corner near bed and window. Drapes did not cover the window properly. Wood slats stick out about three or four inches past bed. Mattresses not very comfortable. Needs a refresh. Paid for 2 nights and left after 1.
toilet was broke, woke up at 3 am to bugs in the bathroom. Grabbed my stuff, went to front desk and dialed '0' Man on the other end acted like he did not believe me. Never said sorry. Put key on the desk and left.
We arrived late but the desk clerk was friendly and helpful. There was a computer with Internet service in the lobby, which was helpful to me. Room was spotless and nicely furnished. Good firm mattress promoted great sleep. Breakfast was way more than expected -- hot waffles, delicious orange juice. Coffee was quite weak. I would definitely stay here again. It's a couple of miles from the Amtrak station, but a direct and quick route from the hotel.
