i didn't receive dinner on one evening because you have to reserve in advance. I was never informed to do so. According to the personel it was impossible to add one person. Barservice was not good. They didn't walked the room, you had to order at the bar itself, not a problem, only when they are at the back, don't come at the bar and block the little bell with a paper, you get thirsty.
Breakfast was good.
We arrived by 5p.m. and were told that we were too late to book in for dinner that night! with the number of guests in the hotel, I did not think that a small variation should have caused the kitchen too much problem with over 2 hours to prepare for this!. This soured our opinion and stay in the hotel.
Location from ferrie terminal at Ostende and Dunkerke
The room very poor lamps dont work hairdriyer dont work low budget room
we had a family room which was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good and with lots of choice.
We found it a little too far from the central squares. If you hadnt managed to reserve a space outside the hotel the parking was difficult at times.
The Hotel it's very good.
There are a lot of good points: the location (very near the tram station), the room (spacious and comfortable, including the bathroom), the buffet breakfast(good variation and tasty) etc...
One and only: there was no tea pot in the room, which was a bad surprise to us, Japanese. Almost all the hotels and lodges in Japan, the USA, Canada, New Zealand and so on have one for guests to use. We took some Japanese tea packs with us, which was just a mockery.
The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
The early check-out time of 10am - it was a struggle to get teenagers up and fed and ready to leave by 10am.
We really liked the pool, sauna etc. It was small but very convenient. A big plus for us. Reason to stay at the hotel.
we didn't know you had to make a reservation for dinner beforehand but got good directions to a perfect restaurant in town.
Breakfast was very good
Staff were not very service minded Location was quite a long walk into the centre Swimming pool was very small
Clean, good service, nice swimming pool for kids
