I liked that I could leave it.
Terrible terrible hotel! We came there to swim with our son in the indoor swimming pool and to rest after a week of hard work. But the indoor swimming pool does not allow children (even though I called the hotel before the booking checking that it would be available for just that). The outdoor pool was cold and full of dirt in the bottom and wild dogs were walking around it. The bathtop drain was so full of hair and filth that it did not drain. They fixed that and left a bit of hair and filth on the toilet seat. In the night we did not get rested as the air conditioning did not work (they could not fix it). We were sweating and turning al night in the moist hot air of Ouranoupolis. Do not stay at this hotel. They do not care enough.
Excellent location, all rooms with a sea view, safe for children, the size still gives you the feeling of privacy and family atmosphere.
Not fault of a hotel but the noise from the two sea cranes working from 7AM till 7PM was very unpleasent.
The location was extremely good with long beach frontage and spacious gardens around the accommodation blocks and bungalows. Unusually, all rooms have sea view and have very efficient air conditioning
Unfortunately the beds were the hardest I have ever slept in. Beach sunbeds hard slatted wood/plastic and no mattresses. Food was disappointing but adequate. More suitable for young families as everything close by. Very few quiet comfortable places to sit for older couples, and no other English visitors. Long way from the airport with no transfers, so car hire essential
convenient location but quiet and easy access to beach. This hotel is next to town Ouranopolis even it's not clear on the google map.
spatious room, nice view, proximity to the beach and the town.
poor appearance of the building with too much concreet in sight. poor decoration. unacceptable bathroom amenities for a 4 star hotel. no bathrobes or slipers, shampoo and conditioner in an open-top bowl not easy to use. breakfast buffet poor and exposed to flies. poor value for money. while my credit card details were submitted for confirming the reservation only and payment was supposed to be made during my stay, my credit card was charged with the full amount few days after the reservation.
it is situate in a beautifull lokation and the rooms are clean & seems like new
We loved the atmosphere and that it was not high rise, rather that it blended in with the surroundings
My husband for religious reasons does not eat pork. On our last day the omelette had ham in it. The kitchen refused to make him an omelette or other egg dish without ham. Being discriminated in this way is a real shame, especially as it left a really sour taste at the end of the holiday.
The hotel itself , the place and the stuff
No working Bar after 23h. This is funny for a 4 star hotel
The setting, the accommdation
Food was not that good. Little done to control wasps
