Pros (+) Nice to have a coffee shop built into the building. The view was ok but all of their "ocean view" spaces are across a street and in front of a huge parking lot and brewery. complimentary beer was nice.
Cons (-) I paid almost 350 a night. Definitely not worth that price maybe 190 max. A lot of standard amenities were removed or closed due to covid yet no change in price...
