There was a used coffe cup outside our room the entire stay and and a spilled drink that just dried up eventually in the elevator. The room it self was lovely. Staff was great.

Pros:The place was clean with bright and fun decor and the room was very nice and comfortable.
Cons:Every interaction I had with staff was strained at best. Just a very weird vibe all around. It's like I couldn't tell if I was being treated differently because they thought I didn't belong there for some reason or what. I went to the cafe and ordered two simple things: a cucumber gimlet and chilaquiles. Mind you, there were only a few people in the cafe (four tables to serve) and it took nearly 30 minutes for the drink too come out (after I asked about it twice) and nearly an hour for the chilaquiles (which requires zero cooking because I asked them to hold the egg) to come out, after asking twice about that too. I was finally able to flag down a wait who told me that they had a problem with the dish and had to start it all over again but no one bothered to let me know. But let's be real, in the time it took for it to come out there could have prepared it five times over so I'm still baffled as to why it took so long. When it finally did come out I asked them to just make it to go and when I got it back to my room it was just a pile of soggy Doritos. Definitely not worth the $18 and I couldn't get past the smell to even eat it. The wifi was spotty, which was unfortunate because I had to work that night. When I inquired about the wifi password from a staff member that happened to be walking by, he insinuated that I would need the room number and last name of the person who was paying for the room, as though I couldn't possibly be the person who was paying for the room? Like I said, just a weird vibe and strange way to answer a straightforward question. Anyway, very nice place on the surface but I doubt that I'll give it another chance, with so many other places in the area that may offer better service.
