Convenient Traffic, close to the metro station
Very good value for money.
Although the location is in 19th area, the metro station is nearby, and some grocery stores and cafes are closed. Those make it very convenient. The staffs in the morning are very nice and helpful. Compared to the price, there is not too much to complain.
However, the staff whose duty was at night to the early morning is very very bad and has serious discrimination, especially to China. His manner was very rude and offensive. And there were not enough blanket in the room when it was at night, it was really cold.
A guy at the reception didn't know english at all. Couldn't find a parking around 2 kilometers from the hotel in the late evenuing. The rooms are very small.
1. The room is clean. 2. They have an elevator. 3. TV and channels are good. 4. It's free to use Internet. 5. It's very near tube station and Gare du Nord train station.
Their staff seem not friendly enough.
Hotel is out in the 19e, but nearest Metro (150 metres) had a choice of 3 lines, a good bus service was also available. Plenty of Cafe's, take-away food shops, and bars for a meal before bed if you wish. Considering the price it was good value.
Initial impression was poor as one of the receptionists was having "one of those days" that I was getting away from. Rest of the stay however staff were friendly.
The location was good.
The rooms were too small and the walls like paper.
Nice and close to the Gare du Nord and the city
Smelled a bit like smoke, though i'm sure I booked a non-smoking room(?)..the walls were kind of thin-ish
It was cheap and we were only there to sleep. We got what we paid for. The beds were comfortable and we slept well but not at all inviting or cosy.
It felt dirty. Old carpets that made me wonder what was crawling around in there. Moldy bathroom. No clean towels 2nd day. At least it was cheap.
having to leave the keys at reception whenever you go out.
