Pros:Location/jacuzzi/Marriott bar next door with fireplace
Cons:10 remotes/2 DVD players no remotes to watch DVD players and wouldn’t move past the opening without remote. Not very clean but okay for the price I suppose Not the owner of this condos fault, but neighbor was installing carpet at 7am when I arrived at 3am. Stairwell next to bedroom wall sounds like the metal stairs next to the slopes with people wearing their snow boots. Overall the place needs an update Don’t expect to take a bath because the tub is gross. Pay the money and stay at the Marriott next door.

Cons:Extremely noisy, you could hear people in other rooms and everyone that approached the main entrance. Majority of furnishings were from the 80's

Cons:Too complicated to access property.....no one to attend to you and communication about how to get into the property after an online purchase was inadequate.

Cons:Uncomfortable foam bed with very thin sheet and NO mattress pad! Very old, overused bedding didn't fit the bed. Unable to get into lockbox at late check-in and given info for entry into building and unit, but never given further info regarding check out time, how often to expect towels, etc. A call to number listed as "Front Desk" on card inside the unit resulted in being informed that management at Silver King "no longer handled Carriage House," but could give me an old sheet with info. Went to Silver King in person, but that person didn't have anything printed, just gave us another number to contact, and said towels and coffee for coffee maker would be daily. Called new number when that didn't happen the following morning and was informed the info provided was wrong - that when lodging was less than a week fresh towels & coffee were not provide. Strange that the first morning towels were delivered at 8am, when we had only checked in at 4am. Late in the day someone did deliver towels I& coffee.

Pros:I liked the fact that the condo provided the support I needed to go about my business of snowboarding. There were no inefficiencies of any kind, no repairs to tend to; in summary, no distracting issues.
Cons:There was nothing that I didn't like.

Pros:Clean, cozy and quiet. It was a wonderful stay. We loved the location
Cons:We didn't have the code number to get into the building. Someone was passing by and let us in. We got our envelope and it didn't have the code to get in our room. We called the guest service number and they gave us the code. we were grateful someone was there to answer the phone.

Pros:The Kitchenette was awesome. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. There were lots of towels and supplies. The air conditioner worked great.
Cons:The pool is closed until 3 in the afternoon. Having no staff at the building was very inconvenient. We did not have a code to get into the building. If we hadn't had a cell phone, we would not have been able to get into the building. Better instructions on the web site and emails as to how to get in would have been great. The internet wouldn't connect for our entire stay. The DIsney channel was not one of the cable channels paid for.
