Pros:It was affordable and easy.
Cons:Everything was ok.
Pros:The car I rented was comfortable. The shuttle service was fast. The check in/check out process was very efficienttg
Cons:The car was not very clean. It smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no washer fluid in it.
Cons:Told agent I'd be dropping off at 4pm on Saturday where I picking up, and when I returned to location, they were closed. Call Payless number on bill at main office, and he hung up on me and said it was my fault.

Cons:My flight got delayed and I arrived at the counter at 11:10 PM. However the counter was closed and there are no notice on where I can go to get the rental car. So, I went across to Avis for the rental that was double of what I booked with Payless.

Pros:I like that I got a free upgrade because they ran out of compact cars. And that the small SUV I got had CarPlay
Cons:The car I got wasn’t washed and have multiple things in it, so I’m guessing this company rents cars from other rental agencies that have already been banged up a little bit? Also the rear right tire was at 20 PSI. I suppose it makes sense because they were the absolute bargain basement car rental so you are getting what you pay for but the people there were OK and nice enough and the small van that drove me off site was OK and nice enough, it was just a little surprised to have a rental car that hadn’t been freshly washed

Cons:Car windows were dirty and covered with a hazy film inside and out.
Pros:Picking up and returning the car was a breeze. The car was exactly the make and model described.
Cons:The air conditioning (AC) in the car did not work. No attempt was made to give any reimbursement or credit toward a future rental.
