The staff is really gentle.
The breakfasts were wonderful. The desk staff was helpful. Would have liked help with the bags; a doorman or bellman would have been nice.
We drove in from Florence and had an awful time finding the hotel. Every night, we had difficulty finding our way. This was the only place we had difficulty finding. Signage would really help. Also, we needed to know that the hotel was located in Monteluce which we found out from someone from whom we asked directions. Without this information we never would have found it.
Friendly staff - speak English - rooms were newly renovated - breakfast room & dining located in separate building across driveway. Waiter for dinner was excellent - one of the best we had on this trip. Nice looking hotel, free parking & internet.
The reception staff very good and very helpful with directions and suggestions for things to do etc. free internet and indoor free parking.
The room was old and did not look like it merits 4 stars. The 2 people working the breakfast did not even come and see us if we needed anything, but noticed some other tables got coffee made fresh.
helpful english speaking lass on the desk who seemed to work the whole weekend to look after english speaking guests. family room was spacious for 4 people. shower cubicle very small. close to buses into perugia. we had a car and easy access to nearby Gubbio and Assisi.
room was above the bus parking so a bit noisy early mornings when buses warmed up and guests boarded. If you want twin rather than double bed make it clear in the booking. I had said we were 4 aussie women travelling together but hadn't made it clear that we wanted 4 single beds and the hotel was full so couldn't have it changed. stayed 3 nights.
location was great for us since it was close to our daughter studying in Perusia
The restaurant is very good; internet facilities help a lot.
The shower is too small and the bathroom gets completely wet easily
Rooftop swimming pool was fantastic, especially during the very hot weather which we had. View from pool over Perugia and parts of Umbria was first class.
Fantastic views from the rooftop pool
Could not get anything to eat/drink other than dinner (lunch snack/drink from the rooftop bar would be perfect).
view from the roof is magnificant, close to town ,attentive staff
tv was old and needs replaced - as a 4 star hotel they should spend the 60 to buy a new one
