It was clean, had good eating places around it and had easy access to the interstate.
Second stay at this hotel and the ice machine on second floor is always out of order. Have to go down stairs to get ice.
Friendly staff. Desk Manager was very helpful.
Very friendly, polite & helpful staff. Great value for money!
Room not very clean. Water was sitting in tub upon arrival and room door was open at arrival.
The hotel needs updating. It wasnt clean. The ac unit was loud. There were people smoking pot/cigarettes and it permeated our room. Since we are not smokers it was beyond gross
Expensive overcrowded and not worth coming back to
Staff was very helpful! Breakfast was good.
Everything about this overnight stay was great! Easy access of 95, check in was very pleasant, and the room was fine - clean with a comfortable bed. I'd like to give a shout out to hotel employee who was working the front desk - check in and out
The staff was very friendly. The check in process was smooth. I even stayed additional days and they made the transition very easy. The room was clean.
Everything was perfect; however, it was a little smell when I first checked it. Other than that, everything was perfect.
The facility was clean & orderly, the staff was friendly & professional.
My son had outpatient surgery at the hospital in Petersburg, I brought him there after and he loved the comfy bed and especially the pillows. I know he wishes we could have stayed longer. His apt. has stairs so I brought him there. Loved the waffles.
smoking rooms were available
I rented two rooms and they put them on different floors and the location of the gym was too secluded with no camera
Receptionist had to change my room 3 times. Once because it wasn't clean, twice it was occupied.
Delux room. Great bathroom, bed linens, super TV. Nicer than home. I would associate it with a 3+ or maybe 4 star hotel in terms of the room itself. Good breakfast also included in rate.
People at the desk seemed of a lower caliber than the hotel.
The television top of the line with the best picture quality I have seen at a hotel. All channels were in HD.
Besides the televisions the hotel seemed a bit outdated. It was raining and the drainage was very bad which left standing water right at the hotel entrance.
It was right off I-95. Staff was fantastic.
The room had a funky smell to it, can't say what it was...
Did not clean shower completely before I checked in
Morning staff. Full of attitude and unwilling to extend anything more than the bare minimum.
It was clean enough.
It was far away from anything worthwhile in Petersburg, it was under renovation, and the staff was uncooperative.
The price. It was an easy drive to Fort Lee. ok for an overnight stay
Rooms nicely decorated. Hallway smelled of cigarette smoke (non-smoking hall) but you couldn't smell the odor in the room. Shower had good pressure and very hot. Bed was comfy (I'm a soft bed person); better than hard, lumpy beds at Sheraton. Breakfast included make-your-own waffles, sausage, egg 'product' (didn't look appetizing), and a fair variety of other items. We weren't expecting much since it's a semi-rural area and we just needed a bed and hot shower after doing some volunteer work, but overall we were quite pleased. I can see why Holiday & Hampton next door had empty parking lots.
