The staff was very helpful.
There wasn't enough room to unpack clothing. Drawers are very helpful. Additional electrical outlets closer to the head of the bed are necessary for guests using medical equipment.
The Front desk staff was superb.
Room was horrendous. Not fit to be occupied.
Basin in bathroom partially blocked. The Hotel Employee at front desk, on morning as I was leaving, was not at all responsive to my concerns. There was nobody of authority at the hotel I could speak to further on the matter.
bathroom door locks broken
I liked the price.
no complimentary breakfast.
Free WiFi, but slowFree parking
young partiers everywhere, like being in a freshman dorm, and this is midweek. Staff and security seemed ok with kids yelling in lobby. Slow check in/out, one staffer. Room, cords everywhere small tv, No outlets, and no lights. Really 2 Ikea lamps.
room was poorly maintained. Very uncomfortable, old mattress. Dirty bathroom. Poor quality restaurant buffet at $12 pp! Restaurant server she had a bad attitude. I've had better service in a diner or even a motel.
Nice hot shower, friendly staff, free bottled water
Hotel old and worn needs updating, bed linen old and worn, floor covering dusty, poor channel selection for cable tv,
Last minute mini vacation was great staff friendly.. Overall experience was great. Will book again in the future.
Somewhat a little noisy, kids running around and constantly trying to open my room door.
A little over crowded
The room was very clean and walking distance to a lot of things. The Hotel Employee at the concierge was so helpful.
The price compared to what you get is awful. Parking being $40/day is a joke! The amount of money spent is ridiculous for a room without free wifi or microwave.
Front desk helpful and kind! Hotel employee at the front desk provided excellent customer service!Free Parking! Not snootyFree breakfast!Great location between Philly and Bucks County for our needs.
I hated the room!! The beds SUNK IN when I sat on it..omg I have been in some dumps before and their beds never did that, my back, neck and head was hurting the next morning. I didn't like the staff the last time I was there. I hate this place. IT SUCKS!!
Seemed like anyone and everyone used the facilities of the hotel
Nice rooms. Good amenities.
The 'restaurant' was AWFUL! Bad service and menu choices.
the room was clean
The Staff there or I should say two women love to answer the phone and put you on hold and never pick up again. They do this to just about anybody that calls , it is a lady that has dark hair and one that is sandy colored and has glasses. Its a real pain
Very far from Central Philadelphia and Philly's main strip. Because of this fact rates should be significantly cheaper. A cab one way to South Street from this hotel is $50-$60.00 (with tip).
The staff was great
The pool was very small and the chemicals were harsh we couldn't stay in longer than 45 minutes and all of our eyes were red for hours
Power outage. Late check in. I booked for King and only got a queen.
There was a late night event and attendees were mulling around outside past 1 am, making it hard to sleep. We were shorted towels several times. Housekeeping called maintenance, but they never came. Restaurant was expensive & staff slow & unhelpful.
I had privacy and enjoy the king size bed. It was nice to be alone. Noone bothering me calling me for this and that. The next time I stay.I'll be able to go swimming and just enjoy myself. ..... . The Staff WAS Very PLEASant AND Polite. Thanks
Everything was perfect.
The room was very nice.
thought that breakfast was included but it wasn't, I might have misread that though. the pool was nice but there were kids in there not supervised and didn't care that they kept splashing our little ones in the pool with us.
It was clean and the staff was courteous.
I like to connect my laptop to the TV, the resolution was too low. Need to update the TVs
The location was very convenient, there was a lot of out to eat places around & activities to do
I couldn't change to date on my hotel when I was paying for it! I didn't like the gym area, it was small & the pool had a bunch of kids in there & looked dirty, I wish there was a jacuzzi I could have relaxed in & there was barely any thing to watch on tv
Room had a old smoky smell.
The heat went on every 5 minutes for 5 seconds and had cold air coming in from the outside.
Staff friendly nice welcoming
No Jacuzzi no blow dryers nd coffee in room
Love the hotel staff was great
Light didn't work in the room
Location, my room was awesome. Most of the staff and guests were very helpful. It is a great hotel.
Amee the bartender is very rude to all her costumers
I have stayed at this particular Sheraton several times. It exceeded my expectations by far after staying at the center city location which was horrible
I didn't like the fact that there were a bunch of tweens roaming the hotel all night..Being loud, holding up the elevator etc..no adult supervision
It was close to restaurants and shopping.
The room was freezing the heat was not working properly, the tub was scraped up they need a new one, literally 2 towels and rags to a room for 2 guests, inhouse restaurant limited my dinner choices due to the timing but they were open.
The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent.
I wish that hotels will not say breakfast included when there is a charge for breakfast. The cost of breakfast at the Four Point was $13.00. When I read breakfast included I always expect it to be part of the room and not extra.
It was clean and in a good location.
The only thing I did not like was getting double charged for my room.
Extra charges to my account..I ordered room service but they charged twice the amount. Plus they didn't specify how much was being held for incidentals. Several deducted amounts showed up in my bank statement.
The swimming pool was well maintained and clean, with convenient changing rooms and towels available for guests.
The hotel has been updated in the common areas, but the rooms were a little on the 'unfinished' side. No sound privacy as doors were easily heard through.
I thought I had selected the location downtown next to the convention center. The hotel staffer was rude and unhelpful when the mistake was discovered. I didn't even use the room. It was 1/2 drive away and impossible to drive since marathon was going.
The location was convenient for my travel .
I didn't appreciate the condition of the room . The room was infested with Bed Bugs and I am yet to hear from the General Manager .
We called for a late check in and were promise they would hold our Handicapped room till we got there. They put us in the farthest room in the hotel and no handicap room. They moved us in the morning but the room had a mouse in it.
Pool. Nice room.
Bed springs felt broken. I slep poorly. Air conditioner was very loud. Maid didnot clean.
It's says it was a three stars but the hotel itself and location should be rated a 1 1/2 star.
The location was horrible
Right by elevator running all night disturbing , air didn't work not enough ventilation , tried to relocate or get refund
everything was wrong about this hotel
Staff was very welcoming and courteous. Proximity was good.
Inside the room was decent, but the hallways & doors were a little dingy and run-down. Some of the other guest at the hotel appeared to be somewhat unsightly and others very loud.
The bathtub in our room was terrible. The finish was cracked chipped and missing pieces leaving sharp raw edges. I could not bath my one year old in that bathtub.
