The staff was very helpful, especially the front staff, and a very nice free breakfast with your stay. We really enjoyed our stay.
Staff was courteous and professional. Breakfast was ok.
Wifi is a joke. They should stop advertising this feature. The Internet connection was none existent. if you can get a few minutes of connection, consider it sheer luck.
Staff was great local was great.Just a overall great place to stay thank you
The staff was very nice and friendly in the office when I checked in. I liked the room because it was roomy and it had everything in it that I needed. The frig and microwave, hair dryer and aww the bed was so comfortable and so were the pillows.
That I had to leave.
The staff is very friendly....rooms are clean...this is my choice hotel when I want to get away
The bathtub had drainage problems. Standing water. Didn't like the fact of taking a shower in standing water.
We were running late and they held the room and assured us a ground floor non-smoking king... All as ordered.
The bed made me feel like I was going to roll to the center. Not a big problem, I just used one of the many pillows to support me.
I like how spacious the room was.
The parking lot. It was basically parking on a cramped hill.
Booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room, was told that we have already paid for everything and the hotel was full so nothing they could do, it wasn't evident that the hotel was all full. Air conditioner was not working.
The room was very nice.
The room where you get breakfast was really hot due to direct sunlight and poor air circulation. The waffle machine didn't work at breakfast time.
When we got there the front desk was locked and closed. They didn't show up for 15 minutes.
location to restaurants and shopping
Mediocre room Towels were old, worn out, thin and rougg
location, handicapped parking near our room..nice staff..
It was convenient to our Event. There was some shopping nearby. Was pretty quiet, but no Jacuzzi as advertised.(Water)
The continental breakfast was not good. Stale un-edible pound cake, not toaster or pastries. Ice machine not working, a broken refrigerator that ran constantly. Rooms were a little stuffy, but there was a working fan.
The lady receptionist gave to me the double bed in the end which I booked online but before that she's telling me that there's no double bed available & I booked single bed. I told her that I have kids & I showed to her my print out copy of my booking.
My other relatives who booked also there encounter this situation, they didn't got what they booked online.
the location, was easy to find and close to shopping & restruants
the bedding, it looked dirty.
Located near my destination
The bathroom faucet was broken and the person at the front desk could not fix it. The same person at the front desk said I could print my boarding passes, but did not say there was a printing limit (I always print 2 copies of each for my wife and me).
I wasn't sure how safe a neighborhood it was. There were police cars in and out of the parking lot a number of times. On Friday night many cars out and about, cruising -- lines late at night at the fast food joints.
Good location for my business event nearby. Pleasant staff. Clean room and breakfast area.
The walls were thin. I heard the neighbors all night. The towels were stained. The bed was hard. The man working the counter seemed to be the owner and was very friendly.
