Great location for ball games.
Excellent location - room was AMAZING!
Room was not ready when we arrived at 5pm. Check in was at 3pm ...
The room was nice - with 'residence' amenities - frig, stove, microwave, sink, etc. Was very clean.
The front desk service and housekeeping was the worst I have ever experienced. They never came with extra bedding and towels when asked and our room was never serviced when we were out during the day. UGH! Would recommend with this caveat.
Good location to PNC Park.
Fire alarm went off at 4:30am with no explananation why. Hotel RAN OUT of shampoo. Our room had 2 bottles of conditioner instead. Placed a call to the front desk requesting shampoo and was told someone would be right up to our room. No one ever came.
The close proximity to PNC Park.
The front desk staff did their job but they made us feel like we were a bother to them when checking in. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The side opposite from the ballpark is very noisy from street and train noise. No airport shuttle.
Pets are allowed. Close to PNC Park.
No bar. :-/
Good size room, and very comfortable.
The front desk clerk was not very attentive to needs. I requested a shuttle back from a site, and it took 3 calls to accomplish this, with a hang up one time while on hold. Also no service to my room on day 2. The tub was not cleaned on day 1.
Location and breakfast Buffet excellent
Paying for parking
Extra for parking
The staff ate surpurb! All staff was friendly, interactive and making sure my stay was awesome!
The parking on site is more expensive than the parking garage across the street.
I loved absolutely everything, clean, comfortable, I didn't want to leave!!
no complaints whatsoever-
We loved having the kitchen and separate living room area
There was no ice machine in the hotel, and the ice maker in your fridge is turned off when you check in.
Location was great! Right next to PNC park. The room was great too, the kitchen was far better than I expected
I like having vending machines around, and there were none. Not a big issue.
This and the Springhill property are both excellent properties to purvey on the north shore of Pittsburgh and an excellent value. HUGE suites with full kitchen and king size beds really make you feel at home. Shuttle service is a plus as well.
Can't really complain about anything.
Friendly Staff clean room great space
Tub shower didn't drain properly
Where it was at
They didn't tell you where to go for the elevators or your room. And they did not offer any kind of free play like the information said on the resveration advertised
Room was nice with the kitchen.
Parking and check in arear was small.
Fantastic location, very nice hotel, clean, well appointed rooms. Good value from a physical standpoint.
I didn't like the $19 parking fee or the level of service from the staff. The staff was inexperienced and somewhat self centered, changing TV channels so they could watch from the front desk and allowing people to hang out in the parking lot drinking.
Great central location...across from PNC Park and walking distance to everything as well as a shuttle, if needed.
Parking was $19/night?! Yikes! Priceline, you should tell us that. Pool was very small and no hot tub.
Location was perfect and staff was friendly. Managment responded quickly to complaints.
They seemed under staffed for the 4th of July. Staff was friendly, but didnt get us results with our issues...wifi did not work, no stove, no room service, no clean towels at the pool and bathrooms in lobby were out of order.
Perfect for going to the ball park. Disappointed that the price wasn't lower!!
This hotel is in a great location and was very comfortable for a big family with their 2 bedroom suite. The breakfast and complimentary dinners were excellent.
We selected this hotel due to its location being a 5 minute walk to Heinz Field stadium and on site parking for $18 per day. We verified this information by phone, etc. We arrived for our 4:00 p.m. Friday night check-in. And as they went over the check in/check out information (11:00 a.m.) I said we would be checking out by 11:00 a.m. But would leave our car in the parking lot until the Steelers game concluded at 4:00 and was informed that we would need to move our car at checkout. We could not keep it in their parking lot even if we paid for another day's parking. We ended up having to locate a parking lot at such a distance that we needed to pay for transportation to and from the lot. Needless to say, we will stay at the Sheraton Inn in the future which allows you to pick up your car after the game.
Location was great. Very convenient to Heinz field and provided shuttle service so I need need a rental car. Hotel was very nice and impressive. Would def stay here again
We were in Pittsburgh for the Pirates vs. Cubs. Hotel is right across the street from main entrance of PNC Park. Hotel offers a shuttle service to attractions around Pittsburgh. Had a great experience. Will definitely stay there again for the ballgames.
Got the room to go to a concert then after wards go to the casino. Used the free shuttle service twice to got to and from the concert. Over all the stay was great.
We spent 3 nights at this hotel. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant and the suite was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The complimentary shuttle (available to drive guests anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel) was extremely convenient. Many local attractions are within easy walking distance - Carnegie Science Center, Point State Park, PNC Park and Heinz Field, to name a few. Would definitely stay here again.
