The employees at this hotel were not willling to address customer concerns. I complained about the printer quality twice but no action was taken to resolve this. Breakfast crew brings stuff in limited quantities for e.g fruittray was filled with 5 bananasThe staff at this hotel might be low paid and are not happy with their jobs. They don't put any extra effort to resolve customer related issues. Breakfast selection should be improved and this hotel should buy another toaster to avoid big line ups. The breakfast crew should understand that they cannot run a hotel continental breakfast like the way it is being run at home. Travellers want to see more value for money. Even if the selection is limited the items being served should be brought in ample quantities. Also the employees at the front desk should understand they agreed to do this job and any frustation they might have should not come out on travellers

If the rate were lower, we would have stayed longer. This is the only negative aspect of our stay. There was lots of vacancy around Christmas. I would have extended our stay if it were not XXX per night!The staff was very warm and hospitable, especially in the breakfast room.

The entire financial experience. Charged upgrade fees to get the room we booked (bed choice) on priceline. Double holds on our cards. The manager never got us a receipt and had to go to corporate to finally get one two weeks later for our upgrade charges.The hotel was amazing. However, the manager booked us the wrong room (or priceline did). We were charged upgrade fees to get the correct room. Then, we had a double hold put on our card. It ruined our vacation as we had to spending money due to the upgrade fees and double hold. Upon checkout we were refused a printed receipt being promised it would be emailed to us. We did not receive it and after a week of calling and trying to get it from the manager, had to go to corporate to try and get it. It took them several days to get the receipts from the manager, which then the manager only sent ove...
