beautiful location , excellent staff especially those serving breakfast at the restaurant and our bell boys in buggy...they are excellent!
The private should at least be installed a heater or more heat lights so that at least we can use the pool during cold weather especially at night. The pool or at night. Its a waste we cant used it during the night as the water is too cold. Microwave please indicate for halal use only or mix used.
The room was superb, breakfast was nice, felt so romantic in the room wit private swimming pool..the staffs was nice to upgrade our rm frm deluxe to executive :)
staffs should be more friendly and approachable..
It was a luxury retreat where the villa we chose I.e Premium Vila had a kitchenette and a small pool, something like a lap pool. As we paid quite a lot for the one night stay, we spend most of our time inside the villa and of course, in the pool.
The food was expensive and of small quantity. The buffet breakfast was not really like a 5-star hotel standard.
The chalet was beautiful. Other than that the property had nothing much to offer.
The other guests behaved terribly during the buffet meals. They rushed and grabbed at food.
