The place reeked of cigarettes, i had to sleep with the window open. Atm was out of order, the only vendung machine doesnt work. Nighttime desk staff wasnt helpful at all.
Hotel clerk was nice.
The location. The decor is outdated. There was a wedding at the hotel, there was a fight which continued in the lobby. I would not EVER go back & would never recommend anyone else to go there.
Nice helpful staff.
Bathroom old, mildew in shower and holes in ceiling.
The room was dirty. there was dust on the headboard, The was made with out a care, there was mold in the bathroom. The room was not ready until 4 pm and check in was at 3 pm. I locked me keys in the car the front disk helped me get a locksmith but I was that me stay in the room could not be extended, that I would have to wait by my car ( in 95 degrees outside) would not stay again.
The staff was very nice and it was very convenient to the airport. I was only there for about 8 hours.
The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom was gross
The beds were comfortable.
No working fan in the bathroom - totally against code. So it soon became a steam room. The wallpaper was also pealing off the walls above the shower - same reason. Neither receptionist could tell us what route the Portland Rose Parade follows. Isn't that just one of the biggest attractions of the year in Portland? No working lock on the exit door to the parking lot from our hall, making things rather insecure since they/someone taped over the lock to keep it open.
While the rooms are somewhat dated they were comfortable. This hotel functions for me as an access point to the PDX airport. The park and fly program is reasonably priced and the shuttle service is 24/7 and awsome. For me and many others living in rural Oregon who have morning departures this is very important.
My evening check in was painfully slow. The two front desk people were great but it seemed that most people ahead of me had big misunderstandings about the stay, park and fly program apparently related to their on line bookings through various services. Most seemed to think that extended parking was going to be free.
Shuttle bus service was great and front desk MNG, was good
Location and Shuttle bus drivers both the Lady pick up for us and guy drop us back airport, they are very professional
Airport shuttle Location to airport
Gave us a smoking room and wouldn't change it Room smell Inflexibility of staff
The convenience and the fact it was located near the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.
No A/C unit in the room and the central air blew hot air. The walls were dirty and the water in the tub took an hour to fill.
Ground floor room. Close to shuttle area. Microwave OK.
Fridge didn't work. Mildew and flakey paint on the shower ceiling. Shower rod holes in the wall after it was moved. Had to ask for a plug for the bath. First shuttle driver made everyone walk down to the vehicle after he drove past us. No other vehicles around. We were in the designated area.No HBO, public TV etc. 5 crappy channels. Fox, Christian etc.
The room was clean, spacious, and included a refrigerator and microwave for convenience. I stayed on a Saturday, and it was relatively quiet. Overall good value for the money I paid.
When I got there, they told me the cable was broken, sorry for the inconvenience. My side of the mattress was firm but dipped from so many people sleeping on it. I would suggest rotating the mattress or getting a new one. Pillows were lumpy, so glad I brought my own. Parking was tight.
For the value, you can't beat it. It's close enough to the airport. The staff is friendly. Wifi is great. The amenities are reasonable.
The place is dated and shows it. The quality has varied by room though. (I've stayed here on 3 separate multi-day occasions.) Wish the restaurant had longer hours. No elevator to second floor.
everything for the money paid
Smokey, old, stale, dated, run down.
Loved the price! Payed 60$ a night for a king suite with fridge microwave Very large bathroom, two sinks and two counters and very nice tv with good channels. And the sauna/gym was 24/365
The indoor seasonal pool was closed in april... The view was of a wall-but i wasnt there for the view so it didnt matter
The employees are professional they offered to carry my luggage to my room. The room was neat and clean. Great value for the money.
Park and fly was closed due to weather. This was beyond the employees control.
