It's clean, the beds and pillows. I feel comfortable walk in the floor with out stocks its really clean.
No everyone was nice there at that time.
Everything is done right at this hotel! We were allowed by an extremely friendly front desk lady to check in early. I cannot stress enough how pleasant the staff is. The rooms are very clean, well lit, and provide plenty of space. Ample breakfast bar.
This hotel is in a industrial neighborhood so it was relatively quiet with the exception of the jets flying overhead. Parking was easy and our room was very nice and clean. Staff was helpful.
The breakfast bar was disappointing. The eggs served tasted like they came out of a cardboard box. No flavor and overcooked to boot.
The staff was very nice. The location was close to the freeway and to shopping.
The view from the rooms are either the roof of the carport or the roof of the outlet mall in front or back. That was disappointing and the original room we were in was right by the elevator and we could hear it going up and down all the time.
Spacious room and nicely furnished. Courteous staff. Quiet.
Took a little effort to find. Need to get directions
Convient location. Hotel and room very clean. Breakfast good selection. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay at the hotel again.
The customer service wasn't very good. It seemed to take more than one person to get my concerns resolved.
Delicious breakfast every morning!
Room good size as was bathroom. Breakfast (free) on site is more convenient.
Room had only 1 queen bed - since wasn't travelling with snuggle mate not a good experience - called earlier but not option and staff rude and very dismissive of Priceline customers - said we should have booked direct to avoid problems.
continental breakfast is amazing
The pool was kind of dirty, and there were some drunk obnoxious guests that should have been kicked out, the cops were called, and the guests were able to remain at the hotel. They continued to be obnoxious throughout the night and it was unpleasant.
Rooms are very big.
The TV kept cutting off due to a power surge.
Clean, great food, great pool, hot tub and sauna.
There provided a niece breakfast.
Every thing is OK
This is a good and quiet location. It is set off from the other local hotels and has a nice recently built building. It was raining and the hotel front desk was very friendly.
This hotel was very clean and was in a nice location. The bed was very hard and the walls seem paper thin. There was so much noise. The room was right next to housekeeping and it was so loud.
My family and I were traveling from Everett, Washington and arrived at the hotel around 9 p.m. The location was somewhat away from the freeway with the roads leading to it a bit confusing and finding it in the dark was not fun. It was quiet though -- which is good! The front desk person, however, had the television set on full blast and was kind of irritated to have us check in at that time. The complimentary breakfast was more than adequate for being a continental breakfast. Other than that, for a very short period, the stay was very comfortable and my family would stay there again.
