excellent room with good internet access
the room could be a lttle bit warmer :)
It was very quiet at night and breakfast was excellent
Good breakfast, silent
A bit off the main attractions in Prague, but subway is nearby
Clean and spacious room. Nice staffs, nice restaurant on top of the hill. No charge for internet connection. Internet connection is so good.
We toured the city during our trip, including a tour of the castle and a river boat trip through the city.
Overall, good value for money
No facilities for tea/coffee making in rooms
The breakfast, location (close to a Metro and Tram stop Andêl) and the driver. (The hotel cars is a good alternative to the local taxi, even though it's a little bit more expensive, but totally worth it)
Rude workers.Dusty rooms, and even though I'm allergic and told the cleaner to clean the room more carefully, no one did anything about it.I also asked the cleaning lady to change my bed sheets, but no one did thatTo be a four star hotel, there were no benefits at all,you had to pay additionally for everything e.g. internet, tea etc.Couldn't open the windows.Smelly toilets.Bad isolated rooms.
Everything was very good.
The hotel was quiet, perfect for relaxation, the room was very comfortable, and the "lanovka" is superb.
The restaurant in the breakfast period was crowded, it could be a little bit bigger.
