Beds were wonderful.
Bathroom could use an update.
The free breakfast was nice, but most of the food had been picked over or run out with over an hour left of their breakfast time.
The beds while pretty to look at, we're horribly uncomfortable. The shower takes an engineering degree to figure out. Also the A/C unit is so loud and sporadic that we opted to not run it at all.
It was clean and decorated nicely. Rooms were relatively new.
The public area was VERY small - nearly non existent. The breakfast was poor.
Comfortable beds. Kind staff. Clean rooms. Great pool and hot tub.
It was really close to where we wanted to be, was very clean and quite comfortable.
The pool area was closed for repair, but other than that it was very nice.
they billed me for my stay, so did priceline. Please inform them better how to bill you for their priceline customers. Very inconvenient to take care of billing errors on vacation.
Great room size, comfortable bed and good location.
They are going through remodel but that happens.
It was very easy to find and close places to eat as well as quiet. The room was very clean an comfortable and the desk clerk was very nice and professional.
They were in the middle of remodeling and there was carpet pieces and old curtains in the hallway. That could probably have been picked up.
Clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast was very nice and included in price of hotel. Breakfast includes waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, toast and cereal. Pool and hot tub are well kept but since it is indoor, the chlorine smell is very strong. Excellent price through Priceline that made me love this hotel!
free breakfast, free wifi, free parking, fridge, microwave.
Location and price
The room was small and musty.
Staff very friendly and helpful
no we will stay again. Thank you
It was clean. The location was great.
It was a little dated for the money. At breakfast people were going back for not just seconds but some people were going back four or five times.
Mold on the ceicling and soap dish in show falling off wall. halls and room were very humid selt like they had had the room too hot and cleaned the carpets
Beds are terrible. Seems like a hotel running on a minimum of capital. Needs renovation and updating. Not what I would expect for a Fairfield brand hotel.
On our arrival the staff made us feel welcome. On several occasions we asked questions on where to eat, what to do tomorrow in the area and they were extremely informative and helpful. The restaurant they suggeswted was great! and the different places they recommended to visit the next day were enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to my friends and family for a place to stay and we would definetly stay there again.
Fairly decent for a Fairfield and pretty good value for money
Great value for the money.
We got to this hotel, and we have stayed here before, and they told us that if we had arrived five minutes earlier the price would have been thirty dollars less. There were plenty of rooms availiable but they jacked our price up thirty dollars. How ridiculous is that? IF you stay here, make sure you book before hand to avoid this. I even had a Marriott rewards card and that did nothing for me. The beds are wonderful.
We stayed at several hotels during our vacation and this was by far the worst. We even stayed at another Marriott in Provo, and it was good. The parking lot is too small, there are not enough parking spaces for the number of rooms they have. The room was clean, but the air conditioner did not work. When we called the front desk to advise them, they told us they would fix it after we left. Needless to say we did not get much sleep in the hot room. Bottom line stay somewhere else, there are other better hotels in this area.
