The place is so elegant and clean. Our room is super clean and the staff are so friendly. Clean hotel... Best for family staycation. Upon arrival we noticed the friendliness. The staff is trained well to give their guests a nice and welcoming stay.

Our stay in Marco Vincent Resort has been lovely with its pros and cons: Pros: 1. We got a complimentary upgrade from Family Room to Deluxe. 2. The staffs are all friendly and accommodating. 3. The pool is big 4. Not crowded as we are the only guests that time 5. The location is good as it is only 3-5 mins walk to the beach. Cons: 1. The rooms smell old. 2. The bathroom doors does not have working locks (we tried to ask the frontdesk personnel about it but she said that all their restrooms are like that) 3. The bidet in the restroom leaks which floods the bathroom floor whenever in use. 4. The power outlet in the room is very limited that you need to unplug an appliance in order to charge your phone. 5. The pool has visible dirt and strong with chlorine. 6. You can't order food and drinks from the hotel except for breakfast. 7. You have to manually request to make up your room if needed.

The place is really nice. Hotel staff provided an excellent service. Kudos to Ms. lLara for booking my ferry boat ride to Batangas. Great staff & food. The staff is trained well to give their guests a nice and welcoming stay.
