Termas Puyehue Wellness & Spa Resort

The resort is located in a beautiful place just by the Puyehue National Park! It is surrounded by a crazy landscape with a view to the lake and volcanoes. It has a lot of activities from bowling to hikes.

The pool, both, are really good and everything was very well coordinated to keep the social distance. Bowling was really extraordinary.

The dining facilities are generally good, albeit the menu is quite limited. The pool areas are nice and well kept. The food price v/s quality was fair.

The facility is nice, great grounds and security, helpful front desk. The breakfast is amazing! Pool times are great as well.

The location is a perfect hideaway hotel and amenities are perfect with all its pools and various temperatures. Staff were all exceptional, especially the waitress we had on more than one occasion Vanessa who was happy to answer all our questions.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the fountain comes highly recommended.

If you prefer a quieter experience, consider visiting during the low season in March when the hotel may be less crowded.
