Everything from the staff to the rooms to the complimentary breakfast were top notch. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Fort Knox area.
Location. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness of the rooms. Bathrooms very dirty and I'm not too particular. The halls smelled, carpets dirty. The lobby and dinning room however were clean. That's my only complaint.
Cleanliness, super nice front desk personnel, overall very good hotel! Wonderful breakfast!
Convenient. Easy access.
Had to get the shower fixed, tv didn't work and air wasn't working.
Convenient location to Fort Knox. Nice to have a McDonalds right next door.
Horrible check in and arrival experience. Wifi very slow (especially for a business traveler). Showerhead awful - bad water pressure.
Staff courteousness was unmatched.
The bathtub is outdated. Pool hours could be a little longer.
Comfort, location, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff
The hotel was clean. The staff was extremely hospitable. Could not have asked for any friendlier service. The breakfast had good variety and was clean and well stocked.
The doors closing in other rooms during early morning hours caused the headboard on the bed to rattle.
The front desk personnel (Tony in particular) was outstanding. While the hotel was a little pricey, the rooms were clean, the pool was great and the towels big and soft. Yes, sometimes the little things do matter. Our maid, Carolyn, was just wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would plan on staying again if in the area.
Very friendly staff who went out of thier way to help us. Clean rooms with fresh linen every day. Nice pool.
The Hotel was fairly new so the construction noise next door was terrible. The cost was too high, no discounts were offered. The room was very nice and comfortable. We did want a hot tub, but was misinformed. The postings in the parking lot of not being responsible, made me feel uneasy about our car. I had asked for a receipt at checkout, and was not given one. What's with that? Overall the Hotel was Great!!!
We stayed a weekend here. The hotel had nice amenities, great breakfast, wonderful staff. The surprising thing for me was the fact that the walls seemed to be VERY thin, or with very little soundproofing! We had a room that was connected to another (maybe that is the reason??), and our 'neighbors' had a really temperamental child (we had our 3 year old with us, as well...so definitely don't have a problem with the situation), but we could hear EVERYTHING in the room next door, as I am sure they could hear our child playing, as well! At the price, I would have thought they would have selected a better room for us to stay in. I will quantify that by saying I could have received a cheaper rate, and paid the higher rate to guarantee the non-smoking (which all rooms are, so don't waste your money if that's the only guarantee you want) room, breakfast, and wifi (again, ALL rooms are wifi). Besides the noise, which would have probably not been a problem if we didn't drive 14 hours to get there and desperately needed a good nights sleep before the return drive) everything was really good. The staff was super friendly and professional, the hotel is brand new, so it's very well equipped and clean.
Immediately greeted with my name and ''we've been expecting you'' gave me confidence that everything was going to be right with my reservation as we had a (very) late arrival. Clean, comfortable rooms and bedding and a fully stocked bathroom with plenty of plush towels. Solid rooms keep external noise out. Breakfast is included and each morning there was a variety of hot and cold food and beverages served buffet style. Very friendly and helpful staff is present. The indoor pool a definate plus for my grandson and I was grateful for the business center.
Good Breakfast with hot and cold foods. Very clean and nice room. Hotel is new. Flat screen TV..very nice. Only problem was that check-in and check-out were confusing because clerks didn't understand that hotel was booked online and payment had already been made. No real problem, just a little annoying. We were there for graduation at Ft. Knox and would recommend this hotel to any other family visiting this area. It was close to post with shopping and restaurants within short driving or walking distance depending on what you were looking for. Price extremely reasonable for what you get.
