This hotel was formerly the Renaissance and has undergone an extensive and expensive renovation since it re-opened in April 2008 as the Penta. The result is a really good hotel right in the heart of Reading offering superb accessibility, immensely friendly and helpful staff, and state of the art accomodation - the like of which is not seen elsewhere in Reading. Whilst the hotel doesn't have a Car Park, there is an NCP very close by and where guests can park at a subsidised hotel rate.
