The coffee tasted good and was fresh.
Advertised as having room service, wifi and for double occupancy. No room service as sold to me, no wifi (broken), and charged additional fees for double occupancy. I expect to be refunded - just filed a dispute with Paypal to recover charges
bathroom to small, receptionist when trying to check in was rude,
The cleanliness and the staff. Great hotel.
Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast did not have much selection.
Our room was spacious, with a table and chairs that could be used for our computer. The breakfast was good, with eggs, muffins, breads, sausage, orange juice, tea, coffee.
The room was comfortable, art was beautiful and staff was extremely professional.
The Staff were outstanding! We received the best check in I have ever had in a lot travelling we have done from San Diego to Alaska.
This hotel should be named Best WEstern Minus. The whole place needs a major upgrade and was the worst BW Plus we have ever stayed in. Tired and worn out. Also situated between a freeway and hwy so VERY noisy. Not the hotels fault of course.
The room was clean and the decor was nice. It was close to everything that we were visiting in that area
Wondering if the walls were paper thin since we got 2 calls from the lobby stating we were loud when we weren't. I had spoke to the clerk in the morning and the guest below us was sick and expected everyone to be uber quiet.... very unreasonable of her.
