Very clean good locations comfortable bed big shower good breakfast
Parking was a little tight
Great view and nicely decorated
Mold in shower along with lots of human hair on floor which was gross and disgusting
Everything ! It was my husband's 60birthday. We went to wine country. The hotel was beautiful. It was at the marina on the Peconic River. We are planning our next visit.
Excellent Breakfast, clean rooms
The area of Riverhead is not, what you expect from the Hamptons
Excellent hotel. It was clean, near everything, great breakfast, free parking always available. We staid there for a week and my family loved it. They want to go back next year.
No complains, we liked wverything!
The room was spacious and modern.
Staffing need supervision help. They didn't have lotion. The front desk staff were stressed and appeared overwhelmed.
Rooms are great, comfortable and very functional. Staff is friendly and helpful. Internet is fast and I love the showers. I make this my business destination every time i'm in the area.
Front desk when checking in not efficient. One machine to make room cards. 3 people at desk with 2 computers for checking in. On line said check in was 3- when got there they said no check in is at 4! Breakfast area all tables were dirty! Eggs didn't look
Parking was across a main road
Good room, staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.
Heater very noisy.
I loved everything about this hotel! My room was quiet at night. All of the staff were friendly and professionally helped me when needed. The conference room had windows which made the hours spent in a four day training avoid the common lock down feel.
The room layout with entertaining area. Swivel TV. Nice tub. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
No coke products.
Spacious, spotlessly clean room with large sofa corner.
Location of our room - next to lift and in direct neighborhood to entrance tin roof. Due to hard rain/hail it was very noisy in the room so we had an almost sleepless night. The next morning we had to eat on a dirty breakfast table.
Outside pool was small and had too many children to swim.
Great room with semi seperate living/tv room. Continental breakfast included (with good coffee), or full breakfast options at extra cost. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, like almost all hotels, the window A/C ventilation system is too loud to leave on while sleeping. The windows are not operable (big mistake). Many nights of the year you could just crack the window open for the right temp and ventilation.
Due to a very noisy air condition system just next to my room I was hardly able to sleep. Staff consists of students, who have been helpful but are not trained service people. Breakfast was more ** Star 'Comfort Inn' level. All in all: Avoid this place and better go to a cheaper beach lodge between Montauk and East Hampton
I have been coming out to the East End of Long Island annually for years. We booked our trip late this year and found the only place I could find rooms was at the new Hyatt Place Long Island East End. We could not have been any happier. The hotel is brand new, the room comfortably fit my family, there was an indoor and an amazing outdoor pool and the facility was quick walking distance to several family friendly restaurants. We had a little rain one afternooon and decided to visit the Atlantis Marineworld next door and was amazed by how much fun the place was. We will stay again next year!
