Pros:loved the staff!!!!! except the bartenders... the ladies at reception were AMAZING and very helpful. The security that walks around at night are the nicest guys and you feel so safe with them. they are all genuinely worried about you being happy, safe, and enjoying your time there. it was insanely homey feeling and it felt like a local place, but was a 2 minute walk on the beach from the upscale all inclusive places - which honestly didnt look like more fun at all!!!! in fact, our bar was the hoping one because of the karaoke and bands.
Cons:THE BARTENDERS. THEY WERE SO RUDE!!! Maybe it was because we were two gringas there having a girls time, but the bartenders were seriously horrible. especially the female one. hopefully they treat others better than they treated us, but needless to say next time we will just make our own drinks (since theres a liquor store like 50 feet from the entrance to bananarama) and skip them and their poor service. overall this was the only negative though!!!
