Location and price
Needs an eliptipcal and a stationary bike.
room and convenience
Well it allowed pets but when I attempted to pay the pet fee with a credit card the person on the front desk said all three of my credit cards were declined. According to credit card co. no attempt was made to use them by hotel.I felt very embarrased and it appears they only wanted cash to pay for pet.
I've stayed here before and came back. And I'll be back again.
Breakfast was very good and the hotel staff very friendly and helpful
didn't care for the location
Location was convenient for my needs
No fresh cookies just something out of a package! Hot food for breakfast was not too good. Food was Luke warm (eggs & potato)Rooms looked modern, which was appealing but noticed no artwork on room walls...just bare walls. Carpet needs cleaning.
The staff was great, friendly, helpful, and efficient.
NoNice smaller hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Great quality breakfast in the morning. It is a couple of blocks from I-77 which is perfect since you don't have the traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel over any other in the Rock Hill area. I used to live in Rock Hill, so I am very familiar with the area. It is perfect whether you are just travelling through, or if you are in town for any of the events at Winthrop University, or Cherry Park. It is only one exit away from the local mall and the Manchester Village shopping area, and Manchester Meadows soccer fields.
The hotel was extremely clean, it smelled great, the beds were VERY comfy, and the rooms were large, and up to date.
They lock the front door after a certain hour & you have to phone & wait for the staff to come open the door. Not sure where she was, but I wasn't happy about standing in the cold until she came down to open the door. The hotel is probably the best thing around those parts. I will most definitely stay there ever time I visit Rock Hill.
Room doors inside the building
Rooms were very disappointing for the price. I have stayed in much nicer for much cheaper. Breakfast was cold.Average hotel stay. Staff was very nice, and rooms were fine. Nothing to write home about. Only major problem was that the hot breakfast served downstairs was cold. Would definitely had failed a temperature check from the health inspector. I book with Priceline about 25 times a year. This was the first time I felt as if I did not get a good deal.
