nice rooms, good view from the balcony and dining area.
The room was very clean and comfy. The view from the terrace at breakfast overlooking the Tiber and S Peter's dome is beautiful.
It's location.... :-)
staff all pleasant. rooms very nice and clean and modern. breakfast very good especially the view looking over the vatican. a little out of rome but tram stop a short walk away. A very enjoyable stay in rome.
Staffs are friendly
Breakfasting on the balcony with a view of San Pietro and the Tiber with a grandstand view of the streetscape. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Proximity to the tramway. Proximity to normal shops and cafés.
The lift was a bit of a problem once where it got stuck on level 6 and refused to budge. The bath is a little tight for using as a shower if someone has restricted movement.
The Hotel is well situated on the banks of the Tiber River. It has a beautiful marble feel to the public areas and the breakfast balcony on the 5th floor with a view is superb.
Be aware that when we booked on Booking.Com that our 80 euro room advertised free parking. When we checked out the hotel charged us 20 euro per day for parking. Luckily we printed our booking.com confirmation that Clearly states free parking. After some tense discussion up to the Hotel Manager, they agreed that the advertised product had free parking and they would waive the fee. Be aware.
Being out of the centre; views; breakfast; comfort of the hotel
nice staff, good room facilities
the balcony where breakfast is available was not open during the evening of my stay. also, there was no direction from the tram stop on how to go to the hotel
Location was great, staff helpful. Wonderful rooms and breakfast.
Situation was very good
Rooms were slightly scruffy - bathrooms were very small. Air conditioning is not switched on until April. Front rooms very noisy. It was warm and we had to have windows open as the air conditioning was not switched on
