Pros (+) The location was the best part of the stay. Daniel at the front desk was awesome, he gave us help finding things to see in Rome, Florence and helped upgrade our room.
Cons (-) The place is in serious need of remodeling. The beds where the most uncomfortable I have experience in any hotel I have stayed in. I have had more comfort sleeping on the floor, this is a 4 star hotel? A spring mattress is cheap! Get memory foam beds, at the very least purchase memory foam topper 3 inch minumum. Never underestimate the power of a good night's rest on a comfortable bed.
