They would not pick us up at airport - causing us to spend money on a cab. When we arrived they were RUDE, asked if they would be driving us back to airport when we returned the car - they said no causing a round trip cab ride of $43.00. We decided not to use their service. Cons:
Had to change rental, with completely new rate (twice the price) for the exact same class of vehicles. This was due to the limit in range you can take certain cars from Payless. I would have taken my business elsewhere.Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The car itself was fine, the pickup process was fine, the reps were friendly enough.Cons:
Because it was Sunday for car dropoff, I used the key-drop to return the car/keys. BUT, when I closed the key-drop drawer, the lock on the key-return box fell off (was never properly locked) and the whole door fell open, exposing all of the keys that had been dropped off. If an unscrupulous person got access to all the keys, they could have taken any vehicle, etc. Of course, I took pictures to document this situation.Avis

The check in/out process was smooth, although some of the staff did not show good customer skills.Cons:

This location is the worst. The guys who worked there were rude and unhelpful. They did not have my car when I arrived, and it took over two hours for them to get it. I will never use this location again.Budget
