It was a good location.
The room was pretty much what I expected for a Super 8. Good price and they allowed my pets for a small fee.
My room had a smell that wasn't the best but we made do.
Best mattress ever!
The whole staff was very nice and helpful
The whole place had a very musky odor and the beds and pillows need to be updated
Hotel was great, employee at the desk was very professional and kept her cool under pressure. I was impressed. I don't remember her name but it was around 8PM on 10/18/14.
There is a decent selection of chain restaurants in walking distance.
It's not easy to get to from the interstate exit.
Helpful, pleasant staff. Laundry for only $5 per load.
Very noisy: all floors squeak loudly. We slept very little due to the squeaky floorboards above us & could hear the squeaky bedsprings of the customer in the room above. Could clearly hear conversations inside closed rooms while standing in hallway.
Breakfast was minimal. No fruit or protein.
Right off I-40! Close to places to eat!
The hotel was fine except; I wanted 2 queen beds in each room and ended up with one king. I have used priceline in the past and did not have a problem, but this time it did not meet my expectations. I feel like I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere
The breakfast was the only good thing.
Staff was to busy talking to friends to be helpful at check-in. Had to change rooms due to broken heater. There was a dirty wash rag hanging in the shower. Entrance to parking lot difficult to use.
We liked the clean, spacious room with the microwave, refrigerator, and comfortable bed.
My room's a/c caught on fire and I had to practically beg for a new room. Then the manager refused to comp me at all.
For the rate which was comparable to other hotels in the area, this hotel did not have anything special and the wifi never worked. Even the desk clerk in the morning crew tried to get my computer on wifi and was unsuccessful. Horrible experience!!!
The desk clerk was rude and lied about location of the nonsmoking rooms. I asked for a room away from the highway and was told the nonsmoking rooms were all on that side, when in fact smoking and nonsmoking rooms were side by side and facing each other.
It had all the amenities of more expensive motels and was close to the interstate.
Often the difference between good hotels and cheaper hotels is the quality and thread count of the linens. Such was the case here.
Needs to be updated. Bathroom not cleaned very well
I liked the comfort of the beds.
The staff was rude and were not helpful when it came to getting a roll away bed that we asked for. They did provide one but the way they just drug it out of a closet and said here you go was unprofessional.
The staff was arguementative on check in , telling me I booked a smoking single room, then stated that ' you bid on priceline didnt you they always book smoking rooms, the hotel was very dirty, old run down and it is a two star and I never bid for that, I
I would never have book that star level, I bid for a 2 1/2 star. I would not stay in this hotel ever and would steer people away from staying there.
The room was very clean, and when i looked it up on line the picture of the room on line looked just like the room we stayed in, NO Bate and Swich with this one.
the only downer was our room was on the 3rd. floor, and no elevator
Bed was comfortable. Quiet area. Microwave and fridge worked great.
We were told there weren't any non-smoking rooms available. Biggest complaint is that there is disabled parking, BUT no elevator in the building & one has to walk stairs to get to any of the rooms or the dining area.
terrific time in R'viile and a very nice clean hotel
Stayed there on our way to Fort Smith for baseball. Everything was very nice and the staff was very pleasant.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in room was dark, had an eerie dirty feel to it. The recliner in my room was an awful seagreen and had black spots on it, old enough to create problems for someone with dust allergies. I will never stay there again. it eventually cost me approximately 80 dollars and was just not worth it. I will never go back and will urge anyone planning on it to reconsider.
