The fact that this is listed as a 3 star hotel, it has the Hilton name, and I paid a higher price for it I expected to be wowed. I wasn't.It was an average room. I've had better rooms at 2 star hotels. The room was basic, nothing made it feel cozy. The carpet seemed worn. I wouldn't stay here again for the price I paid.
the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and comfortable. My kids loved the pool!
Our room was right by the entrance to the pool and an outside door so beginning at about 7:30am there was a lot of 'traffic' and doors slamming, the kids loved being right next to the pool but the baby and I were not so happy about the early wake up.The room was lovely but it did need a good carpet cleaning! There were a LOT of spots all over.
Pool and hot tub were nice (in January, no less)
Should have a free breakfast buffet, like almost all other hotels these days
Nice rooms, convenient location, granite counters, nice beds.
I really did NOT like the fact that this hotel advertised a hot tub and pool & neither were working! I booked this hotel because of the Hot Tub! We almost did not stay there because of it. But no refunds on Priceline! NOT HAPPY! Caused a big rift!I also didn't like that the ad advertised breakfast. It did, but it cost 9.99 a head. I (foolishly) assumed that it was an included breakfast situation.
The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The mattress was actually pretty comfy.
The only drawback was the pool being out of service, but it was winter time.
the hotel was nice and at first the room appeared very nice and inviting.
the maid service was poor. We stayed two nights and our room was thrown together poorly, bed made bad, not cups or glasses, no clean ice bucket. For a Hilton it is a shame! The most annoying thing about this Hotel was the thin walls. We heard every noise, every door opening and shutting every footsteps. Very loud and everywhere. The complimentary coffee was always out and need refilling.
The room was big and spacious. I also liked the towels inside the shower. Check out time at noon.
Our keys worked for our room but not to get out to the pool or in the fitness center. The cleaners did not empty the trash when they came in to clean our room. The amenities show that there is a breakfast buffet. This buffet is not free. For a 3 star hotel, I was disappointed. I have stayed in 2/2.5 star hotels that were more comfortable than this one. When we checked in - no clear directions were given by the staff as to our rooms location and they did not explain about amenities.
It had easy access and clean rooms
noIt was a clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
Clean, space, furniture
NoOne of the best hotels for the money that I have stayed in.
