The staff is terrible. The worst I've had to deal with. Upon arrival I requested a double bed and said that I had 4 guests. At 8 in the morning, during breakfast we were locked out of our room until we payed an additional $22 dollar fee for extra guests.Staff is awful! Locked us out of our room with our luggage inside!
I am very picky about the cleanliness of a hotel room. They have always met my expectations. We have stayed in this hotel many times. I've always found it to be clean and comfortable. It is in a nice quiet location, easy to find.
The hotel was close to the 5 fwy and some fast food.
The only issue I saw was the parking lot and outside of the hotel. A little trash pickup and a powerwashing would go a long way here.Stayed here because it was close to the 5 fwy, was only a one nighter, and the price was low. Did not have huge expectations and hoped for the best. A little trash pickup and a powerwashing would go a long way here for a better first impression, however, once inside the public spaces and lobby were tidy and the staff was receptive. It was a 2 queen room and seemed clean and maybe fixed up a little recently. The parking lot sure filled up overnight though but it was quiet. The breakfast was minimal with cereal, juices, coffee, and cello wrapped danish; it was fine for a quick bite. I would stay again.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Fairly cheap price.
Room size too small, entry close to our room was locked, really basic breakfast, heat/ac didn't work very well, pool didn't have hot tub, couldn't find exercise room, not a great part of town, TV was old & crappy. We weren't looking for something fantastic at this price, but this hotel managed to not meet our modest expectations. I'll start with the good: the staff was great and very helpful. The room was clean and bathroom decent, if small. That's about it on that side. Now to the bad. When we got there, the room was a lot smaller than we had expected. Not only that, but despite the hotel being nearly empty (3 or 4 cars in the parking lot), we were given a room WAY in the back. Then we discovered that the door near our room was 'exit only'. So, anytime we needed to go to the car, it was a long walk. There's a strong smoke smell in the middle rooms. Our room smelled fine, b...
The price fit in my budget, it was convenient and comfortable
The breakfast was not that great. I wish it had a night stand lamp. For the most part the hotel was just right for the price. It was comfortable, quiet and conveniently located. The front desk staff were nice. I would stay at this hotel again.
Nice rooms, and fairly clean, except for some smoke smell in the hallways
Continental Breakfast was weak at best. Some cereal and some milk was all I saw. They allowed some students to overrun the place
It was right off the fwy, very convenient access while traveling.
The night staff was rude. He interrupted my ? was abrupt & very condescending. Our room dirty, I made the kids walk around the room w/shoes on. Our sink did drain. The continental breakfast was stale cereal and white bread for toast. Very disappointing.
DIRTY socks were discovered in our bed AFTER sleeping in it. This hinted that the bed most likely had not been cleaned or sheets changed. Gross!Location was her convenient. Continental breakfast average.
There was enough parking.
Oh, please read my review. When my husband and I booked our room through Priceline, we thought 'Wow! This was a nice score!'. When we got our room, we wanted to leave. We wanted to tear a hole in the wall to get some fresh air. It was a smoking room, and we are not smokers. It stank. It reeked. It smelled like the bottom of 10,000 ash trays were smeared all over every surface of this room. We gagged. We complained. We were told there were no other rooms. I begged for some Febreze to kill some of the stink. We opened the window and turned on the vent fan in the bathroom. We left the door to the hall open for awhile. We took the bedspread and threw it in the bathroom and closed the door, but not enough to kill the 'suction' effect of the vent fan. We actually got the courtesy of a can of Glade. I used half of it spraying the rug and the air conditioning output vent. We left the windows open all night AND the air cond...
