We didn't get to stay, so this review is on the basis that the hotel refused to meet its commitments. I have filed a complaint with Priceline and will also file one with Super8 directly. Firstly, I specifically booked this hotel because they accept pets. Secondly, the booking was for a non-smoking room. On check-in, the very rude woman at reception refused to give us a non-smoking room and insisted we could not have pets in the room. As the room was pre-paid, we had no choice but to check out and find another hotel immediately. I spoke to Priceline who said the refund was up to the hotel. The woman at the hotel said it was up to Priceline. Basically, if you use an intermediary, make sure they are actually acting in that capacity. We used Super8 for two earlier nights on this trip from Chicago to Oakland. They've lost a customer, as has Priceline. Kayak, you're lucky I'm not blaming you for this, because if you look at my history, you'll see how often I use you - ie, always. Bad experience all round, let down by poor customer service.

Location to airport.
Bed was infested with bedbugs. Discarded the clothes I and my daughter were wearing. Manager (via phone to desk clerk) had no other room and refunded my money; but refused to find another hotel, or to meet or speak to me. I had to book a new hotel myself. This was - by far - the worst experience in a hotel in my life. I will never use Motel 6 again and will urge my friends to not do so either. Motel 6's corporate HQ will get an angry letter from me along with a bill for an alternative hotel room I was forced to book myself. I will also send a bill for the clothes we discarded.
Great location on the light rail. First stop after leaving airport and a short walk to get to motel.s

Location & quietness. They left us alone.
The employees were rude & treated us like we were stupid. Did not want to answer any questions or help us find a place to eat.Wouldnt stay again even if it was free.
Location in the downtown area.
No carpet in the room. Shower was small and not a lot of pressure. You get what you pay for. I'm just glad to have a bed to sleep on, an air conditioned room and running water to clean up with.
