We were apprehensive about booking this because of the price but it was great. We loved our room, the staff was awesome. The pool and grounds were immaculate. We booked another 5 nights at the end of our trip. They have regular rooms or full kitchens.
We had a problem with our room the first night we were there. We called the front desk and immediately had it taken care of. It is obviously an older building but everything was clean and polished. The Park Royal is 2 blocks from a large supermarket. We found it very easy to find as we had rented a car and drove from the airport, about 20 minutes away. There was lots of close parking for the car. The staff was always smiling and willing to help. They spoke enough English for us to get by. For the price we paid it was the best purchase during our trip

We were placed in a room and told the hotel was at 70% occupancy during casual conversation at check. After settling we went to buy groceries nearby. As we pulled up to unload outr groceries we were told by the front desk receptionist they made a mistake and needed to move us. We asked if the room had a stove and fridge. The answer was no. We wanted to speak with someone anyone in regards to this. We were told we would have to wait until the morning and there was nobody a valuable to speak with. The only logical reason we assume they wanted to move us is that after checking in we called to get wifi code and told it...
