Good location, great price
Smoke alarm disabled, battery removed. Windows in bathroom left unlocked, anyone could have been waiting inside. Locks on front windows damaged, could have easily been pushed opened. Chain for door had latch hardware missing, chain hanging w no latch.Overall, it was a good price for the location. Close to amenities and a nice space for family meetings, etc. However, very UNSAFE and UN-SECURE room conditions! Was a long, worrisome night without much sleep. Additionally, I forgot something in my room and contacted them immediately the same day. It's two days later and they have still not returned my message.
Location was good (if you have a car). Staff very helpful and friendly. We only had one night n SB and the lady on reception was very helpful
The communal floor areas looked like they could do with a good scrubbing.Generally the room and facilities were very good. My only problem was not really the hotel's fault. There was a large party young people who quite noisy and smoked outside our room. But I wouldn't let that stop me booking there again.
It was in Santa Barbara
Ant infestations in our room, then we were given a smaller room. Loud construction. The cleaning ladies carts has the ant RAID right next to the cups they put in the rooms.Ant infestations in our room, then we were given a smaller room. Loud construction. They clearly have an ant problem.
It is easy to get to off of Highway 101. In walking distance to a few places to eat.
It is very difficult to cross the road (even by car). The bathrooms seemed recently renovated, but the room was old. The breakfast was very weak. We chose to eat elsewhere.I was disappointed with this hotel. I thought it would be closer to the 'hip part' of State street, and it is not. It is very 'exposed' to the street (parking is crowded and challenging to walk around from room to pool to breakfast in the 'lobby'. Much of breakfast seemed to be packaged food and only place to eat is around the pool outside.
Very quaint. Extremely clean. Great staff!
Room was a bit small, but not a problem. Will definitely stay there again. Very quaint, clean, fun stay!
It was clean & close to stores.
Parking lot was too small.I did not think the room was worth the amount paid but I guess the location was key. There was nothing really wrong with the hotel besides the parking.
that each room had enough space. I did not feel trapped
I was worried that insects where going to come out. because the coverts looked old. but everything was fine
Overall I was pleased with everything...Parking was VERY tight though.Great place to stay for the money...even has a pool!! Nothing fancy, just a good solid place to stay for a few days...
The hotel was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable, and there is a beautiful garden by the pool.
The hotel was very nice. Continental breakfast was so-so, bagels, cream cheese, pastries, fruit, juice and coffee. Not cereal and milk, and the bagels were not very good. The hotel was very nice, and I'll stay there again. I'm very disappointed with Priceline. The room was quoted at xxx per night plus taxes, but I was billed xxx per night plus taxes. When you book the rooms, review the charges BEFORE you accept!
