Location, service, historical feature, comfort.
Not enough space in room to spread out but ample for the price.
The rooms were clean and cozy. Since I'm from a tropical place and staying in Santa Fe during November I was fearful of the cold nights, but the heater worked great and I could open the windows for fresh air. The decor is modern with nostalgic and rustic sentiment. I did not have a car, so I appreciated the convenience of the hotels location as it was steps away from the plaza and great eateries.
Loved the location. Staff was amazing. Romantic room... Hotel design is so well done. Loved the whole experience!
All of the staff are very pleasant in this boutique hotel in the heart of Santa Fe. The public areas are nicely appointed.
It is a historic hotel so the rooms are small with limited counter space.
The location is terrific, the rooms are a little small but nicely appointed, the beds are comfy, lobby is nice, it's a historic property with a great bar!
There was no coffee maker in the guest room and no morning coffee in the lobby, and no one at the restaurant desk so we had to go out. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient since it was snowing!
Wonderful restoration; helpful staff and superb location to main sights in the central part of old Santa Fe.
We did choose the least expensive room and was perhaps not surprised that we had a small room with not such a nice view but it was very nicely appointed and comfortable.
